Dr. Williamson is fine. Can't comment on the others as have not seen them. Wayside suffered a great loss by Dr. Dormer's departure. Reception staff are hit and miss but mostly hit. Phoning to make an appointment is a nightmare as you have to listen to "War and Peace" before choosing an option. The appointments system is abysmal and needs a total overhaul but I think its the same with any surgery. It is no wonder A&E Depts are crammed when you can sometimes find it impossible to make an appointment.

Although sometimes I do have trouble getting through on the phone more often than not I do get a response hand have been able to book an appointment when I want. The staff are helpful and the surgery is always clean
